Position Summary

This is a leadership role that blends strategic thinking, digital transformation, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to a C-Suite Executive, this individual is responsible for modernizing business processes, optimizing marketing and communication systems, and driving efficiency through innovative digital solutions. By transforming data into actionable insights, this leader will guide strategic decision-making and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role also emphasizes mentorship, leading teams through change, and creating a supportive environment for growth and collaboration.

What You Will Do

    • Develop and execute innovative operations strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on process optimization and digital transformation.

    • Lead efforts to improve internal communications and collaboration, integrating tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Copilot (AI) to create seamless workflows across global teams.

    • Manage scalable processes to drive operational excellence, utilizing your proven expertise in M365 digital implementations to enhance collaboration and achieve tool adoption goals.

    • Oversee Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and guide change management initiatives with a focus on simplification and efficiency, using methodologies that foster long-term growth.

    • Partner with data & analytics teams to create and optimize Power BI dashboards, providing clear insights into marketing performance and operational efficiencies.

    • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends and opportunities, informing data-driven strategies that enhance business outcomes and support decision-making.

    • Utilize your extensive knowledge of internal collaboration systems, such as SharePoint, to improve content management and communication processes.

    • Collaborate with Learning & Development and Sales Enablement teams to optimize adoption and employee tool satisfaction scores.

    • Leverage experience in optimizing cross-functional collaboration to monitor campaign performance and offer data-driven recommendations for improvement.

    • Partner with Marketing Technology Architects, IT, Learning & Development, Analytics, Corporate Communications, and Sales teams to ensure seamless alignment and effective communication across business units.

    • Act as a liaison between the C-Suite Executive and IT, managing key technical digital transformation initiatives, including strategy alignment for governance and best practice implementation of Microsoft 365 tools across large organizations.

    • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels, enhancing brand integrity and improving user engagement.

    • Lead complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction through expertise in Agile project management for driving large-scale projects.

    • Develop and execute project plans, set clear milestones, and coordinate resources to meet project goals efficiently.

    • Regularly monitor project progress, provide updates to stakeholders, and resolve challenges by deploying Microsoft Project, SharePoint List, and custom SharePoint solutions to manage tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience developing operations strategies, leading digital transformation initiatives, and making data-informed decisions, with substantial experience in enterprise technology environments.

  • Proven success in process optimization and digital transformation at a Fortune 50 company, leading M365 migrations and implementation and achieving best-in-class recognition for tool change management and adoption strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, process standardization, and leveraging analytics tools.

  • Experience identifying operational inefficiencies and creating the automation strategy and governance for the Microsoft solution.

  • Extensive project management experience, leading large cross-functional teams through complex projects while utilizing tools like Teams and SharePoint for collaboration and execution.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on cross-department collaboration, mentoring, and driving consensus across diverse teams.

  • Must be based remotely in the United States, capable of thriving in a fully remote working environment.

 

Salary Range: $175,000 - $250,000
